Realization
of technical audit of tank trucks
Transportations
of food cargoes demand exclusive cleanliness and quality of vehicles.
For maintenance of a technical condition of machines on a high level
all tankers of the company annually are exposed to
technical audit.
Technical audit
represents complex inspection of a condition of the tank,
a running part (vehicles) and the subsequent necessary major
overhaul of all the complexity. Thus are made:
- processing
of an inside surface of tanks by special engineering;
- replacement
of all sealants in pipes and other armature;
- diagnostics
and repair of all running part;
- updating,
if necessary, of heaters, painting, drawing of advertising etc.
After realization
of these annual works the internal surface of tanks fully complies
with the European standards that provides fast and full outlet of
a cargo.
